The Ngo Hive Management System started with a simple observation: programme teams spend more time reconciling records than serving people. We built one connected platform so field data entered once becomes the dashboard leadership reads and the report a donor receives.
Why we built the platform
Working alongside trusts, foundations and CSR teams, we saw the same pattern everywhere — beneficiary registers in one file, donation records in another, volunteer rosters in a chat group and stock counted on paper. Every report meant rebuilding the truth from scratch.
We designed a platform where those records live together. Beneficiaries link to projects, donations link to donors and inventory, tasks link to teams, and branches roll up to a single organisational view — with permissions that respect how NGOs actually delegate work.
